A "working day" refers to any day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Switzerland, depending on the delivery address). The 10-day period begins on the day the cancellation notice is received; the period does not begin before you have received the ordered items.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

Please return the items to us without delay, and in no case later than 10 days after the day you submitted your cancellation. Send the items to the address provided in the confirmation email you received regarding your cancellation. Please include a copy of the delivery note with your return and keep your receipt or return confirmation.
Please return the items to us in the same condition in which you received them, at your own expense and risk, within 10 days of your cancellation notice.
You will be fully refunded for all costs, including the purchase price of the items and the shipping costs for your order (if the returned item is not defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs).
We will refund your money within 10 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used to purchase the items. The refund will be issued in Swiss francs (CHF).
We cannot accept cancellations or returns of items that have been used or opened, except for defective items.
